Rose, it's been interesting to see snacking habits popping up throughout the day together with the feeling of needing to eat something with crunch. It's almost 4pm in the day and juice 5 next. My stomach is now starting to rumble for food & I have a slight headache. I've not done a juice fast before, is that to be expected? Also, after the 7pm / last juice do we still fast until the next day? (there's a slowcook roast in the oven & just asking for a friend 😂)

Day 1 done. I'm visiting family during juice fast weekend 😬 and wondered what the advice would be. Haven't seen them all year so don't think I can arrive with a blender and all my produce.
Should I just try to stick to week 2 guidance as much as possible or shorten plan and do juice fast before I go? (And then pick up week 3 on return).
