Hello Rose / everyone, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to ask advice about hair loss and how to help hair growth, please. In the last 3 months I’ve noticed a big change in mine! I keep seeing different oils and scalp massagers online…topically, what is the best thing to try, and supplements wise too, please? I take collagen powder by the kilo but even that doesn’t seem to be helping. I’ve been using olaplex shampoo thinking that would help, but now realise it’s more for if you have extensions. What shampoos are good to try? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you, Leanne xx

How is everyone getting on?  I hate to admit this but I absolutely loved the breakfast & lunch - this is from someone that avoids peas like the plague!

I did a legs day from the plan yesterday, struggled to teach Pilates today & not moan 😅

Can't wait for liquid day, the fridge is gradually emptying!

Hey guys! Hope all is going well with liquid day. I’m in the Joe and the Juice queue for green tonic which is a top tip if you can’t bear cleaning the juicer. Headache all gone and feeling amazing though!! Through the worst now 🤗

Hi Rose, I have been waking early for the past month (4.30am, 5am) can you add more info on the liver - as just caught us on your last video and you mention..Liver, NAC,Turmeric. I am on HRT, dont sweat at night, just wake up...so then I am knackered by 9pm...anything I can try? Thank you, Claire
