Morning and happy Monday gang! Had a wee tip, I sipped apple cider vinegar all weekend in water! I mean at first I thought WTAF, but it was ace, with ice - just lush and kept me going nicely! Roll on balancing blood glucose ❤️ we’ve got this!

Hi! Getting ready to start the Metabolism Method tomorrow and was reading through the recipes for Phase 1.  I'm a vegetarian and so was wondering what would make good high protein alternatives for the eggs, chicken, and fish in your phase 1 recipes?

Hi Rose, loving your site. Wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing which SPM's you recommend. This is for my mum who has nerve damage in her hand. I've heard SPM's are being looked at as an aid in recovery/inflammation and think it might be worth a shot. thanks so much!

Hi Rose,

I’m currently dealing with gastroenteritis, and I’m feeling a bit lost on how to adjust my diet without having boiled potatoes or rice.😩 I’m also unsure how to get all the nutrients and fiber I need without vegetables or legumes.😵‍💫
How to rest my gut , while still making sure I’m getting all the nutrients I need???

BLOOD SUGAR!! At this time of year, I’m often up earlier than ever & 5.30am ish walk, ride, lighthouse class, my peace & sanity, so by 7, I’m ready for kid chaos & school run. I generally make one if your smoothies for about 9.30, blood sugar is dipping but if I eat at 7, it’s on the go & I won’t last until lunchtime, what to do?! Thank you so much xx ps im def improving from all of your help but working out not eating too much but enough to support a busy life xx
