Just did Sophie Oti's pilates workout from the Reset plan. Love'n her and this workout!  Rose Ferguson - a quick question- I've heard soy milk is good for oestrogen and works to prevent breast cancer (see nutritionfacts.org). I use it in my morning smoothie. I noticed that you do not include in your foodlists for your plans, so and I'm wondering why this is the case? 

Hi. I wanted to ask about the afternoon slump?! I think I eat well but I start my day early, usually fast until lunch but is this too much for an active life? I def struggle with cortisol levels?! Thank you x

Club clinic chat! I’d really like to know your thoughts on how many times a day we should be eating, 2 or 3 meals? Snacks? And how to work out if we putting out more than taking in. Does anyone else struggle with the balance & the challenge of mindful eating? Thank you so much xxxx

Hi all - starting the Jan Plan tomorrow, a month late. I had a questions about the serving size for the Morning Miso Recipe. Is that recipe for the whole week or is that just 1 serving? Look forward to anyones feedback.

Hey hey! I have been on holiday for most of January. I am back and really looking forward to starting the January Plan on Monday. All the reviews have been inspiring. I can't wait! 😃

Hi Rose- for the club clinic do you think at some point we could talk about the glucose goddess. I mean are those terrifying graphs she puts up actually scientific? I’m not entirely convinced on the strategy of covering fruit with peanut butter etc to stop a spike and would love your thoughts! Thanks a mil x
