Hi. I am really enjoying the phases & in 1 & 2 felt brilliant. Im nearly 50 & my last period was my 1st abnormal period. I’ve been feeling bloated & not so great. Do I just roll with it & stick to plan as much as I can, get back on track? That’s why I was asking about chocolate or dates because I was craving just a little sweet something. I just wanted to feel great by the end of term but maybe I just keep plugging on….. Do you have ups & downs?! Do you do a few juice days to reset or stick with phases?

Hope Glastonbury was GREAT! X

Thank you x lastly, sweet treat - dark chocolate or date??

Hi Rose. Phase 1 & 2 💥3 a bit wobbly, I was doing too much (half term & more tents!) for all the juices but dipped in & out. It’s just hard when juggling life & cooking for 6 of us. Also, I’m feeling so much better re cortisol spikes, I didn’t want to risk it. Anyway, am fully committed to phase 4! A couple of random questions pls: Do I still mini meal (boiled egg, handful of nuts) if not breakfasting until 9ish? For a sweet snack, a date or dark chocolate square? Why can ONE drink make me feel grotty, is my liver too cleansed or too tired?! I try to be relaxed about alcohol & think occasionally it’s good for me but live in hangover fear (my husband says I need to train more!!) Best Suncream for face, do you use spf in moisturiser or separate Suncream? Thank you 🙏🏻

Hello. I have really been enjoying the 1st 2 phases of the metabolic reset, I have to juggle a bit & will have to shift my juice days to later next week but I think the plan gives you this flexibility. Rose, I think you know I’ve really struggled with blood sugar & cortisol spikes but eating 3 good meals a day is really helping. However, I’ve been trying to slow down my exercise but then in your instagram, I see you doing most days quite intense training? I am trying to be strong & fit at 50 but also in a calm cortisol place. Hard to find a balance?! Messaging from a very soggy tent at the south of England show for 3 days!! Xx

Rose, I rarely leave the house so anything is long haul!! I’ve escaped chaos for 5 days. You would all adore it, I’m on the island of Vaila (look it up) doing a retreat, yoga, cold water swims, walks, just 6 of us for our 50th’s. There is just one house & it’s insanely beautiful. Thank you so much Rose & Mita for travelling tips, super helpful. I cannot believe how long I’ve lived with blood sugar crashes & been so unaware of how to fix them & how bad they are xx

I’m trying the boiled egg mini meal! Thanks so much for your message, try Rose’s smoothie above, I think from the retreat recipes, it’s a winner! X

I am loving your delicious coconut water, spinach, cinnamon, hemp, flaxseed & almond butter smoothies, keeps me full, energised & steady blood sugar for hours. I’ve got an up & out busy kids day today & couldn’t resist an early cold swim because it’s so beautiful so I’m trying the boiled egg mini meal & later will have a smoothie! Rose, I’m giving myself a gold star for effort!! ⭐️

BLOOD SUGAR!! At this time of year, I’m often up earlier than ever & 5.30am ish walk, ride, lighthouse class, my peace & sanity, so by 7, I’m ready for kid chaos & school run. I generally make one if your smoothies for about 9.30, blood sugar is dipping but if I eat at 7, it’s on the go & I won’t last until lunchtime, what to do?! Thank you so much xx ps im def improving from all of your help but working out not eating too much but enough to support a busy life xx
