I have really been enjoying the 1st 2 phases of the metabolic reset, I have to juggle a bit & will have to shift my juice days to later next week but I think the plan gives you this flexibility. Rose, I think you know I’ve really struggled with blood sugar & cortisol spikes but eating 3 good meals a day is really helping. However, I’ve been trying to slow down my exercise but then in your instagram, I see you doing most days quite intense training? I am trying to be strong & fit at 50 but also in a calm cortisol place. Hard to find a balance?! Messaging from a very soggy tent at the south of England show for 3 days!! Xx
