THANK YOU for the suggestion of Rose’s book, I LOVE IT! So, my question. How do I know if I my tummy is just the way it is because I’ve had 4 children (although I know plenty who have & they don’t have extra!), is it because I live in an adrenaline fuelled state?? And, if I’d like to shift & maintain the last stubborn few pounds, do I just stick to your lifestyle, fast a day weekly etc? I just have ‘that middle’…….. thank you xx

Hi. 

Magnesium def helps my nights (I take this in the evening, should I take extra in the morning?). Collagen - hair, skin, nails? Liposomal Glut for liver support? Since having glandular fever I still take a high dose of vitamin c. I do breathe/yoga/stretch & journal early mornings but then it’s manic with school. What can I take to calm & support or is this the liposomal (I’ve just ordered this & collagen). 

I know we are all unique but as a busy, nearly 50, do I sound in the right track supplement wise? Thank you for your support xx

Hi. Thanks for getting back to me. Which A&B collagen do you take, is it personal preference, bovine makes me squirm a bit but is this a better/stronger source than fish or vegan? Thank you xx

Collagen. Rose, is collagen something you take daily, why, when & how? I am also 50 this year & not quite glowing! Ancient & Brave or as a single supplement? Thank you xx

CHOCOLATE!! I love a bit of dark chocolate, esp in the evening. I’ve just been reading about Welleco Evening Elixir with magnesium, is a chocolate drink like this good or best to keep to a simple piece of chocolate or avoid all?! What do we do for the sweet fix?! Thank you xx
