Hello! Hope everyone is doing well and survived the 3 day Juice & Smoothie fast!  I am just finishing day 1, I have just had a miso for 'dinner juice' hope that's ok 🫣

I will finish on Friday and just wanted to ask if i can have proper food on Friday eve, thinking a chunky soup something like that or if I wait til breakfast on Sat morning?

It was pretty amazing really!

For the last few years, I have had annoying anxiety when i get really stressed then can't get out of it... i've tried all sorts from beta blockers, yoga, essential oils which do help temporarily but then it comes back.  The only thing that actually switches me back to normal and properly stops it is acupuncture and now box breathing! Tada! Honestly 10-20 rounds of box breathing and I'm back to normal "rest and digest" 😁💗⚡️ a really great thing to have in the arsenal! X

Just caught up on the alcohol and hangovers video! Before last year I never got hangovers and now they are absolutely shocking!!! I have started taking a Willpowders supplement called rise and shine before and after drinking and it does help a bit but honestly it has put me right off drinking  - eeek!  

I have an exam coming up on 14th Dec so I am trying to go v gently until after that but then lots of parties planned... would be v happy to hear tips on how to find that moderate phase and stick to it on a night out and not hit the f*ck it button!

Hi there! I am glad to say i did all the runs in November and will try and continue all the rule of 4 things!!  I did box breathing most days although not 4 x a day :)

ah that sounds lovely - went to see Nick Cave on Friday eve so it was a bit of a late night - glad i made myself go out for the run (gentle plod) though :)

I'm doing a juice day on Wednesday :) 

Really like this plan so far but i am not great at journaling or remembering to breathe - will try and do better tomorrow xx

Oooh just catching up been busy with half-term and birthdays  this week 😁🥳💗🦂 very excited to read about the rule of 4 plan!
