Hi Rose. I am excited to do the Retreat, looks great and love that it’s plant based and also focused on protein.  Just read the recipe booklet but I’m struggling to understand how the protein grammes add up to the total in each recipe. If I have the amount suggested for one person then I’m not going to be anywhere near 75g at the end of each day. Also I’m post menopausal so given my age and weight, I need to eat closer to 100g anyway. Can you help please/ answer this in the Q and A? Thanks Julia
