3 month gig - ideas Rose Ferguson .. some of them selfishly as they apply to me! Andddd sorry if they sound waffleeeeey 🫠

  • Histamine control foods but a balance of low ish histamine foods (which help digestive balance / anti inflammatory too) with a focus on ferments. I’m thinking prebiotic food for gut / skin healthĀ 

  • Thyroid support and managing by food (mine has been ticked off by various issues) however following protocol and monthly challenges esp. liquid days has supersized my skin glow, deflam and helped (drastically) pot belly šŸ˜…Ā 

  • Keto style approach to eating (loving the high fats and plant foods to get protein)

  • 72 hour fast in between somehow - if poss and not bonkers?!Ā 

  • Something onĀ Cellular Health and Oxidative Stress Reduction - I hear this alot, applies to me too, I am ageing [gracefully of course, but I'd love to slow it down more, obviously]Ā 

  • Gut bacteria - why GF and carbs and fats aren’t the enemy (despite what we are led to believe…. PTs / coaches out there, pffs)

  • General weight management (I find the trigger to brain process fascinating, I could be scrolling insta seeing amazing recipes and immediately feel hungry, but drink water / sip herbal and understand I am not hungry) - introducing techniques that I practice such as mindful eating, 80% full not burp full

I really like the sound of the strength programmes. Is there any chance The Lighthouse team can post the workouts as an article below the video? Just the ā€˜actual’ workouts - so I can incorporate them into my gym sessions. Just a thought. I’m equally happy to share some of my strength workouts here if anyone wants them? Xx

Hi Rose, if you are considering changes to the site, i truly love the ease of the calendar format and would love to be able to look back of what i missed and just click and connect. I tend to log in twice a week and checkout what i missed but find it hard to keep track on the multiple pages. Just a suggestion of course … TXS

I just want to say I'm loving the Calendar. ā¤ļø It's fantastic! It tells me what to do for my workouts and when. What I lives I can join or listen to if I've got time (or then come back the recorded version later). It's become my go to point for navigating the website. Maybe occasionally you could throw in a recipe suggestion or then a meditation/breathing moment! Mainly as visual reminders not to forget about doing these things. But, and also, we don't want the calendar to become too congested with stuff. Point being- it's a great tool and it might be worth thinking about how to utilise it to get the most out of it!Ā šŸ˜€

Hi Rose! I'm really excited to be a member of the R Health Club this year. It's going to be my new home/gym extension. I love The Light House and Holly's workouts and I'm looking forward to doing some yoga. However, I'm wondering if you might consider possibly adding some dance-aerobic exercises to the online video content? Something about dancing that really helps to elevate my heart rate and positive energy levels. One example that I have been jamming out to isĀ @MadFit on Youtube. I particularly like her 'retro'Ā dance workouts. Also, some moreĀ Pilates videos would be great. I remember doing this with Byrony during the ReframeĀ plan.Ā  I loved these workouts! No pressure here, I realise that creating this content takes time. Just offering some suggestions.Ā  So farĀ I'mĀ loving RĀ Health Club and working towards integratingĀ it intoĀ my daily/weekly habits. Thanks!Ā ā¤ļø
