Hi Rose, sorry to have missed the live today for the new plan. We've moved to day light saving so the timings in the RHC calendar converter for AEST may be out. Also, there was no link to join from the calendar?? Anyway now have the recording to watch 😀 look forward to starting the new plan.

Hi Rose, the calendar is getting busy. Would it be possible to colour code some of the activities to match R Content for easy reference - eg The Reset Workouts - Blue ?

Nicole (Rose) - I've just completed Re-Set Work Out Session 5. Great session! 1 min breaks with technique checks is very helpful. You touched briefly on the use of weights but no specifics. Would it be possible to talk about in a video or blog on using weights, where to start, when to increase, and whats a good selection of weights to have on hand at home. Thank you  (PS - Nicole - I will be feeling my arms, back & glutes tomorrow 💪 😀)

Hi! I'm starting Phase 2 tomorrow with the longer juice fast (wish me luck! 😝), and I need some guidance for taking my supplements.

I’ve put together the following plan based on the indications in pp. 20-22 of The Plan. How does it look? I will appreciate your feedback. 

First thing in the morning (“preferably on an empty stomach”):

- L-Glutamine

- Alpha-Lipoic Acid

- Coconut oil pulling

7am / Juice 1

- Slippery Elm (“1-2 times, typically before meals”)

- Digestive Enzymes (“with each meal”)

- Silymarin (“1-3 times daily”)

- Probiotics (“daily”)

10am / Juice 2

- Dandelion Root (“1-2 times daily”)

- Glutathione (“daily”)

- B-Complex Vitamins (“daily”)

1pm / Juice 3

- Slippery Elm (“1-2 times, typically before meals”)

- Digestive Enzymes (“with each meal”)

- Silymarin (“1-3 times daily”)

- N-Acetyl Cysteine (“1-2 doses”)

- Coenzyme Q10 (“taken with a meal containing fat for better absorption”, so better to skip during fasting?)

4pm / Juice 4

- Dandelion Root (“1-2 times daily”)

7pm:

- Digestive Enzymes (“with each meal”)

- Silymarin (“1-3 times daily”)

- N-Acetyl Cysteine (“1-2 doses”)

Bedtime:

- Magnesium (daily)

Hi Rose, could you please talk about oxalates & lectins in one of your upcoming sessions or blog posts. I've read Dr Gundry's - Plant Paradox and have started reading ' Toxic Superfoods by Sally K Norton. It would be great to get your insight and advice on both topics 🙏
