BLOOD SUGAR!! At this time of year, I’m often up earlier than ever & 5.30am ish walk, ride, lighthouse class, my peace & sanity, so by 7, I’m ready for kid chaos & school run. I generally make one if your smoothies for about 9.30, blood sugar is dipping but if I eat at 7, it’s on the go & I won’t last until lunchtime, what to do?! Thank you so much xx ps im def improving from all of your help but working out not eating too much but enough to support a busy life xx

Hi Rose,

I’m currently dealing with gastroenteritis, and I’m feeling a bit lost on how to adjust my diet without having boiled potatoes or rice.😩 I’m also unsure how to get all the nutrients and fiber I need without vegetables or legumes.😵‍💫
How to rest my gut , while still making sure I’m getting all the nutrients I need???

Hi Rose! Re the metabolic challenge, does no coffee & matcha mean no caffeine at all? Is green tea ok? Also what are your thoughts on decaffeinated coffee? And one more… I generally follow a 14:10 eating pattern (eating between 9am & 7pm). Do you recommend extending that to 12:12 for this first stage even though I’m used to 14:10? Though to be honest I still haven’t worked out what’s right for me so maybe this is my chance. Thank you so much! x

Happy Monday! I have 4 weeks to hit a really close friends wedding (plus a few nights out in between). Please, I figured if I start it today, in any event follow the basics ❤️ Andddd I’m sure the answer is yes, but I loved your recipes from the monthly 5 day challenge, I’m going to incorporate those recipes and tailor a few things to stick to the phased content. Are dates inc in dried fruits? Almond butter is a no too right? (I don’t mind as I love control over it). May we incorporate a liquid day in phase 1? I enjoy Wednesday as a mid week since my first protocol. When you say miso is that miso soup? My eating window has always been closer to the one in. Phase 2, any objections jumping ahead, please - 14:8? xxx

Looking forward to the metabolic challenge - I was wondering will you sharing more recipes in each phase or only the pdf that’s been shared? I find them so helpful for ideas but also for portion sizes etc

No judging deadly ‘snack’ question…. Movie days with my little man are key and I used to love home made popcorn, it’s our go to. How does Rose Ferguson feel about popcorn? Yay or nay? ❤️
