Hi Rose, how do you know if you have low testosterone / high eostrogen in terms of symptom? Is the Dutch cycle mapping the best test for a cycling woman or can any of their other tests help give a good picture to give you a good idea? Also, as I have a snip on my chek2 gene would it be wise to never take hrt? Thank you xx

I was thinking, I also take that nuchido time supplement which has green tea in it! Should I not take that re comt? I’m wondering if a quercetin back up is why I’ve been feeling so rubbish lately. Will sauna and red light help ? xx

Rose Ferguson hi Rose, thank you for getting back to me. This week I feel very spaced out and very brain fog. I have been drinking matcha everyday for a while now and double dropping quercetin the last couple of weeks so I’m wondering if that’s built up. If it is is there anything I can do to help with the build up? 

I’ve looked on medichecks for the tests…do these sound like the correct ones re thyroid and lipoprotein?

Rose Ferguson thank you, Rose. I have ordered the iron from Amrita to try. I have been drinking matcha and taking shed loads of quercetin for hayfever, just listened to a podcast which said if you have a slow comt (me) then you are likely to struggle with matcha and quercetin - I wonder if that’s why I’ve been feeling so terrible!? They mentioned SAMe is a good supplement for slow comt? With my LDL being 3.8 would you recommend I do a lipo protein test and a full thyroid panel? I know my thyroid was a bit off. Thank you xx

Rose Ferguson hello. I hope that you are well. I’ve received my final lot of tests results from my gp today and he says that my ldl is on the high side at 3.8? And my iron is on the low side. I’m going to do a thyroid and iron panel on your recommendation, in the mean time should I try something like the liquid spatone sachets?

Swap results have also come back positive for BV. The doctor has prescribed vaginal antibiotics which I really don’t want. Do you think it’s worth me trying the biocare cream and their garlic & rose suppositories again first? Thank you xxx

Mita Davda it’s crazy isn’t it. I had a couple of glasses of wine when out on Saturday and I bet that hasn’t helped set mine off either. I used to party all night until 6am, now I can’t have a couple of glasses of wine dancing until 10pm at a festival without being ruined by hayfever! Ha ha! xx
