Thank you, Mita, I have tried ancient and brave, which is nice, I love their Matcha too! With the totally derma product its different to other collagen products due to the hyaluronic acid content - I saw immediate results, so I'm trying to find something similar to that but less costly at £105 per month.xx

Hello Rose / ladies. I hope you’re all well. It’s been a crazy week my end and I’m just catching up.

I wanted to ask if you’re aware of a collagen powder which is as good as totally derma, but slightly less pricey? I’ve tried Totally derma a couple of times and it is brilliant for skin and hair etc, almost immediately, but I want one that I can buy on an ongoing monthly basis. I’ve tried Hunter and gather and the will powders bovine ones, which are great to put in meals and give to the children etc, but for skin and hair I don’t think they are a patch on totally derma, in my experience. I look forward to hearing what you think re recommendations. Thank you xx

Thank you, Rose. I am having some bloods done next week so I will see what my thyroid markers come back as. I have had issues before with thyroid and went on an allergy research supplement called Medi Stim…something like that, I can’t remember the exact name, but it helped at the time. Xx

Hello Rose / everyone, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to ask advice about hair loss and how to help hair growth, please. In the last 3 months I’ve noticed a big change in mine! I keep seeing different oils and scalp massagers online…topically, what is the best thing to try, and supplements wise too, please? I take collagen powder by the kilo but even that doesn’t seem to be helping. I’ve been using olaplex shampoo thinking that would help, but now realise it’s more for if you have extensions. What shampoos are good to try? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you, Leanne xx

Rose Ferguson Hi Rose, thank you. This sounds fantastic - I wasn't sure what questions could be asked. The more i'm having the symptoms I currently am, the more I'm linking them together...i.e. could BV and watery (but dry eye) symptoms be linked to hormonal imbalance and gut health. Also, (and probably for a future week) what supplements would be good for night terrors and my8 year old? and great supplements in general for children's little minds and gut health. I will try to join this evening. Have a lovely day, it looks incredible where you are! xx

Mita Davda it is, isn't it. I had a tummy bug just before Christmas and I seem to be out of whack since then, hormones and gut wise. I've even noticed other symptoms to those I've mentioned such as watery dry eyes and BV symptoms, which I've never suffered with! It will be great to hear what Rose says. Thank you for your message. x

Hi Rose,  oh that would be wonderful - thank you so much. Is the club clinic weekly and live? Or recorded if members can’t join? I’ve noticed my hair has thinned out quite a lot too. I suspect a mix of stress and hormones. I am nearly 47 and would say peri. Still having regular cycles. Thank you 🙏 xxx
