Hi, yes, I have - I do want to try it - and when I do, I will let you know what I think - in theory, it would be a good thing to do - but as I haven't tried it, I don't know for sure x

If you mostly do mat or reformer Pilates, adding some plyometric work can be a great way to build power and agility without losing control. Simple moves like jump squats, skater jumps, or controlled burpees work well on the mat, while using the jumpboard on the reformer can bring in some dynamic movement. Oh yes. Don’t you worry. I have quite a sweet tooth. So a dark chocolate or a date is always good. I do love a date with nut butter too. Ans I have other crappy things too. I am no angel! Hahaha xx
