Hi Rose, 

I listened to the recording and in answer to your questions - I’m currently taking the activated probiotics , i think I'm just over half way through. It is definitely helping. Once finished, what do you advise to take? 

In terms of stall tests - where can I do this please? My stall passing does fluctuate but on the whole I go mostly twice a day , and don’t often feel hungry but love to eat , and do get bloated sometimes. I also have a tendency for holding a lot in emotionally which does effect my stall passing. I think I used to drink too much water so reducing that now although do a lot of exercise and do get very tired 

I also remember you mentioning about joints, I do have clicky joints, fingers and ankles.. how does this effect?

Hi all - starting the Jan Plan tomorrow, a month late. I had a questions about the serving size for the Morning Miso Recipe. Is that recipe for the whole week or is that just 1 serving? Look forward to anyones feedback.

Hi Rose, Day 2 of the Jan Plan. Great strength workout this morning with Holly. Good decision to delay starting by a day. I did want to ask about the Miso Soup. I'm a big fan but it may be too rich for me to have consecutive days. Day 2 just before lunch everything went through me and again twice this afternoon. Is this more about my gut / microbiome adjusting or the miso too much. Look forward to your guidance on this one. Jodie

Hi Rose Ferguson , we have our live today - How to maintain your body and metabolic health in the longterm. 

I have a naturally thin body type with supposedly a fast metabolism? I've been told in the past to eat 5 smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3, and then on other occasions told to double the amount per serving to gain weight. 

Now that I eat healthy, have very little UPF and only the occasional bubbles I do find it harder to gain weight. 

Q1 - What is a fast metabolism?

Q2 - How best to gain healthy weight as we age - is it about weight training?

On plant milks: I was feeling very sad about giving up my Oatly barista after the live but found an almond/coconut cream milk yesterday evening with nothing else but salt and water, by a brand called Nutty Bruce. It's not as creamy, but has made a nice coffee this morning. Rose, I frothed it up with a sachet of Ancient & Brave MCT oil because I had some in the cupboard... is that a helpful oil?

Also LOVE polynucleotides and have had them on my face and neck as well as under my eyes. There's now a new version called Plinest Newest which combines polynucleotides with a Profhilo-like hyaluronic acid (so you get the more instant effect of the HA along with the longer-term improvement of the polynucleotides) and that's v good too.

Hi everyone, I just watched the recording of today's session and a couple of times Rose mentioned 'soup days" but I don't see these marked off on the calendar. Are there particular days in the next 10 days that we are only meant to eat soups? Apologies if I'm being daft and missing something!

Hey guys, loved catching up on the club check in. I am also really finding the digital detox to be a gamechanger. In case this helps anyone, there is a function on your iphone that actually enforces this further. I had no idea how often I was picking up the phone and this stops it all! Also would LOVE to hear more skin stuff xx
