I listened to the recording and in answer to your questions - I’m currently taking the activated probiotics , i think I'm just over half way through. It is definitely helping. Once finished, what do you advise to take?
In terms of stall tests - where can I do this please? My stall passing does fluctuate but on the whole I go mostly twice a day , and don’t often feel hungry but love to eat , and do get bloated sometimes. I also have a tendency for holding a lot in emotionally which does effect my stall passing. I think I used to drink too much water so reducing that now although do a lot of exercise and do get very tired
I also remember you mentioning about joints, I do have clicky joints, fingers and ankles.. how does this effect?
