Leanne Blanden how are you doing? Yes – if you’re slow COMT, matcha and quercetin can build up and make you feel worse, especially with histamine or mood. SAMe can help but can also be overstimulating, so go gently.

I definitely think it is worth checking ApoB and Lipoprotein(a) for a clearer picture. And yes to a full thyroid panel – especially if it’s been a bit off.

Morningn - I LOVE that you are in a tent! I hope you are having fun - Phase 3 is where we ramp up and you can start to do much more, you have done 4 weeks of work now and I hope you are raring to go! SO you can do more, But as you say, for you managing your cortisol is KEY to you in particular. See how you get on and do let me know x

Hi Sophia, Welcome - and yes, you can jump in - Depending on where you are with sugar and digestion. If you need to work on those areas, then I would start with phase 1 = You could also do 1 week of each and then start phase 3 - it would be great if you could do it all. But I do realise that there are 12 weeks, which is a long time! - Have a look through and let us know what you feel, I am here to support xxx
