I would do what feels right for you - I am not a doc, so wouldn't want to override their opinion - you can try different strategies and always know that the antibiotic route is there. Having said that, they are bloody marvellous when you need them x

Alexandra Friend don't panic, and I am glad you watched that session and feel back in the loop - pick up phase 2 for a week as much as you can and then we will be starting phase 3 next Sunday (the 8th) - do let me know if you need anything -xxxx 

Mita Davda OH NOOO _ I am so sorry - poor you - I hope that you are ok, Arnica is great for bruising but also shock. For your sprain, you can do compresses, and definitely things like turmeric and SPMs or fish will help with the inflammation xx
