Louise O'Shea : I love Designs for Health as a brand. I am actually just trying the Momentous range, starting with their protein powder. I would say get a glycinate. It doesn't have to be Designs for Health, but I think that one is great as a general magnesium supplement, although malate is fine too. Sorry, I'm not sure that was particularly clear. 🥴

Mita Davda hahaha and that is why you love me!!! it is training the brain as much as anything - we are so used to grazing all day long - it is actively encouraged in culture, so well done for working on it x

Mita Davda well, that is a blast from the past - and one we don't want to revisit! It may be that because they are in a carton, the histamine levels have risen, so if you do try again, try fresh eggs and then you can compare! Glad all ok now xx

Laura Braslins Cook - if you are really struggling, nuts are perfect - ideally you would eat a fuller meal at lunchtime - but I know that is not always possible - so nuts are great, z

Hello hello. I do like lyma life. But I know it’s expensive. The Artah multi is good too. 

And vitamin c is great, Thorne is and a great brand. Vit C is a brilliant antioxidant, cheap easy accessible x
