I met up with Sandra in Bergamo and we had a lovely few days together. We only met because of the Rose groups and it was so fantastic to meet in person especially living so far apart in the world. We had many parallels in our lives. She is an inspiration. So grateful to have had that precious, meaningful time with her. ❤️

Hi all - so I have just done a 3 day liquid plan rather than 3 day juice. I feel fabulous, lighter and more energy. And the liquids kept me going during lots of exercise and commuting/working in London, I didn’t get tired like I do if I try and juice fast. I used the Liquid Day in Rose’s Protein Power plan from a few months ago. Highly recommend. Feel like doing this more frequently (for one day) is an easy lifestyle option. If Rose reads this, would be interested to hear what you think Rose about how often I could have a liquid day (that wasn’t part of a detox/retox cycle which I know is negative…)
Nearly the end of day 3🥒🥕🍋🍊🍎 feeling so good! Energy is back, head is clear. It’s all been so so worth it. Even thought my eyes look clearer! Just watched the live about mitochondria… thank you Rose, it was fascinating! I’ve really been enjoying all of your videos whilst doing this ReSet. They have been so helpful and I really appreciate everything you have spoken about and all your valuable information, so thank you 🙏🏼 😃 looking forward to this week. I’ve got a 14 mile (13 Tor) walk on Dartmoor this Saturday in aid of Marie Curie. So I should be flying!!

Hello day 2! 🥕🥬🥒🫚 yesterday was hard. I was hungry, tired and headachey. My 13 yo ended up getting poorly and by 8pm had a raging temperature of 39.1… so this was added stress just when I wanted to be in bed watching a film! Hes better this morning, poor chap! And we are both gona take it easy today. Hopefully day 2 will be easier! Good luck everyone else 💪🏼💓
