Juice Day.... only 2 more juices to go for the day. My favourite so far - Beetroot & Carrot Liver cleanse. This pic taken earlier this morning. 

Rose, it's been interesting to see snacking habits popping up throughout the day together with the feeling of needing to eat something with crunch. It's almost 4pm in the day and juice 5 next. My stomach is now starting to rumble for food & I have a slight headache. I've not done a juice fast before, is that to be expected? Also, after the 7pm / last juice do we still fast until the next day? (there's a slowcook roast in the oven & just asking for a friend 😂)

Hi Rose, could you please talk about oxalates & lectins in one of your upcoming sessions or blog posts. I've read Dr Gundry's - Plant Paradox and have started reading ' Toxic Superfoods by Sally K Norton. It would be great to get your insight and advice on both topics 🙏

From the plateau to the sea. It's springtime here. The perfect location to go for a long walk. Next time I'll try running. Water was gorgeous but not warm enough just yet for a swim ☀️
