Hi Rose! Re the metabolic challenge, does no coffee & matcha mean no caffeine at all? Is green tea ok? Also what are your thoughts on decaffeinated coffee? And one more⦠I generally follow a 14:10 eating pattern (eating between 9am & 7pm). Do you recommend extending that to 12:12 for this first stage even though Iām used to 14:10? Though to be honest I still havenāt worked out whatās right for me so maybe this is my chance. Thank you so much! x
