Trialling the Spiced Root veg and Lentil soup in prep for my liquid day! For anyone loving soups, this is my hack - use a pressure cooker. Prep to done in 15 mins, it really is as easy as that! Chuck it all in, 6 whistles, hand held blender to finish ☑️  Tastes DELISH - thanks Rose x

Can anyone recommend a good (single portion) smoothie maker that has a beaker/flask thing I can just unscrew and take to work to drink later? Thank you! xx

Has anyone here noticed a rise in histamine levels / bodily flushing during TOTM? I maybe paranoid but I swear I flare up / flush more during this time. Journaling is a game changer (thanks to Rose). Keen for your views xx

Hi - for the Jan plan I bought a great book for Journalling - The Positive Planner. I fill it in first thing in the morning and the evening too - bought from healf online. Real good format and makes me focus on the important things :-)

CHOCOLATE!! I love a bit of dark chocolate, esp in the evening. I’ve just been reading about Welleco Evening Elixir with magnesium, is a chocolate drink like this good or best to keep to a simple piece of chocolate or avoid all?! What do we do for the sweet fix?! Thank you xx

So glad you’re looking at Cholesterol this month Rose, as I’ve just been told that mine is high. I couldn’t find the Dr on call video on it though - has it been uploaded yet? Wondering what I can do to lower mine (I already do most of the things I’ve read about online though I clawed to up my exercise)
