Morning Rose. Just cooked an omelette with avocado - delicious, thank you. I rarely use salt but always for eggs. Should we be restricting salt on the Metabolic plan?

I used recipes from the website and tweaked the ingredients a little to stay on plan (left out cheese etc). Hopefully not too far away from phase 2!?

Rose, thank you for the recipes on the site here. I nearly ‘gave up’ on Friday - I went to buy chocolate - but resisted and instead came home to cook the salmon/ginger recipe and today a tweaked version of sweet potato lasagne (with lentils). Enjoyed eating something different - had got a bit lentil dahled out! Thank you

Hi Rose. I’m struggling with the morning broth. Miso and mushrooms are fine but the wakame makes me feel nauseous. If I leave it out will the broth still be good? Is there anything else I can add instead? Thanks so much.
