It was pretty amazing really!

For the last few years, I have had annoying anxiety when i get really stressed then can't get out of it... i've tried all sorts from beta blockers, yoga, essential oils which do help temporarily but then it comes back.  The only thing that actually switches me back to normal and properly stops it is acupuncture and now box breathing! Tada! Honestly 10-20 rounds of box breathing and I'm back to normal "rest and digest" 😁💗⚡️ a really great thing to have in the arsenal! X

Oh no!  Sorry about your cold but you are right rest is best!!

Here is my go to 'flu bomb' in case you want to try it :)

I make it in a big 8 cup cafetiere....

Bash up some cardamon pods, some black peppercorns, some star anise, some cloves, a cinnamon stick (you can toast all these first if you fancy) put them all in a coffee plunger then add a little turmeric, some cayenne pepper (as much as you like to taste - I like it spicy), pinch of oregano; then add a chunk of ginger sliced up, garlic if you are brave, some honey and the juice of a lemon top up with hot water and give it a stir and let it brew for a bit, then push the plunger and you are good to go...

Hope you feel better soon xxx

Syreeta waterhouse yes luckily prepared meals for the kiddos in advance so didn't have to cook!

just went for a lymphatic drainage massage! So lovely and gentle and will hopefully remove toxins - win win - can recommend if you are able to do something similar...

Home run for you! 🙌🏻
