Hi there. I would love your feedback. Can you tell me if you order the live sessions for the monthly plans and challenges or you would prefer they were pre recorded?

Hi everyone - I hope you are all enjoying actual food today! 

The 1st LIVE cook-along is happening today at 1 pm

It is a very simple recipe as it is the 1st one! I also realised that I need to apologise to anyone on The Re-Set as it is a chicken salad - I am so sorry about that, we didn't think it through - these are the little teething problems that myself and the team are learning here at R Health Club, so apologies if you are on a plant-based day....... 🥴
