Hi Julia Bastiman   Ohhhh—thank you for bringing that to my attention. The breakfast recipes were not updated in the final version to match the protein levels stated. The lunches and dinners are all okay ( but I will double-check that). We have taken the recipe book down and will redo it and have it back up today! 

I will go through additional protein requirements tomorrow in R Club Clinic, and thank you again. x

Mita Davda — prebiotics are fibres or compounds (like FOS – fructooligosaccharides) that feed the good bacteria in your gut. Probiotics are the live bacteria themselves. As you are taking epetōme which is a symbiotic - you’re getting both — the bugs and their food — which is great for encouraging growth and diversity in your microbiome.

So no — you don’t need to take an additional prebiotic. If anything, just keep up a fibre-rich diet with a mix of plant foods to support what you’re already doing. Xx

Roshni Savjani , hi ya - you can do whatever day of each week works for you, I have put Tuesdays in as a suggestion, But I know there are many who are doing it on different days according to their schedules xx
