Hey gang, I have a realllly random Q with this gorg weather fast approaching... do you wear SPF or not? I was never really a SPF person [long story], I became one! Just wanted to know what your go to is i.e. in your daily cream or a special one on top? Just looking for tips... again, really strange one and not quite health but health :) xxx

How is everyone getting on with the water fast?  I think it will be more challenging around 2pm, when it finally dawns that a late lunch is not coming!  I had a busy morning teaching & doing pilates before work, so hoping I haven't made it harder than it needed to be!

Hi Rose, I'm sure I saw a post on here a while back about counterbalancing antibiotics with nutrition. Perhaps I'm imagining it but I've just been put on a strong dose and would love to know your thoughts, above probiotics which I take daily anyway. Would you mind pointing me in the right direction? Thanks so much. X

This was a little improv recipe with the bits I had in my fridge which made me feel all types of happy so wanted to share it here.

Black bean, blackberry and goats cheese salad with rocket, toasted pumpkins seeds, mint and apple cider vinegar.

Gluteal Tendinopathy?? I’ve noticed in recent months I have stiffness in my hip joints and thighs, and less so in my knees. This, all while keeping up a similar diet and exercise ‘regime’ as recent years. I’m following your dietary approach which is low inflammatory as well as other benefits. I do have slow release Melobic tabs … but only use when I’m doing multi day walks or similar strenuous exercise. Am interested in your thoughts and suggestions. Tx. In Melbourne, Australia 🤗
