Great to see you this morning live ahead of the Metabolic reset which is exciting as I love a long haul challenge. Now, Rose Ferguson I think I already know the answer to this but I’m wishful thinking that you might say it’s ok…. I adore making sourdough and adore eating it just as much. I know the gluten is much less but there is some present none the less and wondered if I could keep this in the plan? Xx

Thanks so much! Cutting it out for a phase feels totally doable for me but I’d miss baking too much if I stopped for 12 weeks so this is fab ; ) 😊
