Great to see you this morning live ahead of the Metabolic reset which is exciting as I love a long haul challenge. Now, Rose Ferguson I think I already know the answer to this but I’m wishful thinking that you might say it’s ok…. I adore making sourdough and adore eating it just as much. I know the gluten is much less but there is some present none the less and wondered if I could keep this in the plan? Xx

This was a little improv recipe with the bits I had in my fridge which made me feel all types of happy so wanted to share it here.

Black bean, blackberry and goats cheese salad with rocket, toasted pumpkins seeds, mint and apple cider vinegar.
