Great to see you this morning live ahead of the Metabolic reset which is exciting as I love a long haul challenge. Now, Rose Ferguson I think I already know the answer to this but I’m wishful thinking that you might say it’s ok…. I adore making sourdough and adore eating it just as much. I know the gluten is much less but there is some present none the less and wondered if I could keep this in the plan? Xx

Inspired by Mita Davda’s taste the rainbow salad yesterday. I haven’t done yoga for so many years and am loving the variation in the different practices. Vinyasa has been my fave so far 🌱 🧘‍♀️ ☀️

Final juice day of April ready. Definitely left some beetroot in the juicer for the Carrot and Tumeric Tonic 😅

Really looking forward to the retreat this week after an indulgent weekend

This was a little improv recipe with the bits I had in my fridge which made me feel all types of happy so wanted to share it here.

Black bean, blackberry and goats cheese salad with rocket, toasted pumpkins seeds, mint and apple cider vinegar.

A little later in the week but we got there. Loving the colour of this one! Rose Ferguson I had a later dinner yesterday (finishing at 9pm) so wondered if I had to break the fast much later today?  💚

Looking forward to joining you all this month! Rose Ferguson I wanted to start the fasting month on the same day for the support but wondered if I could combine it with the 5 day plan as it sounds like you all had a great time with it using Tuesday Liquid Day from fast month as the liquid day from 5 day plan and carrying on through the meal plans to Saturday to finish the 5 day plan? Xx
