Hey Victoria Twiston-Davies I was the same not too long ago, I took my own salad, buckwheat crackers lapped with almond butter - kept me going. Blum do epic lunch boxes, same day on Amazon! Was fine with airport security too - a nice chunky homemade salad. Your own water bottle and electrolytes are a must.. I do love an apple, so I had packed 2 of those for a long flight xx

Morning and happy Monday gang! Had a wee tip, I sipped apple cider vinegar all weekend in water! I mean at first I thought WTAF, but it was ace, with ice - just lush and kept me going nicely! Roll on balancing blood glucose ❤️ we’ve got this!

Hey Rachel Sinquefield-Kangas I’m vegetarian too, I do eat eggs though but top up with protein powder / green / red lentils / tofu and tempeh! Mung beans are amazing too. Chickpeas too!
