Sorry two more Q’s please Rose, any objections with konjac noodles? Those were an eye opener for me, just epic salad / stir fry! 

Probiotics in phase 2 (planning ahead), should they be taken all year round? I did 3 months after my long course of antibiotics and gut issues. If so I can reinstate my epetome ❤️ xx

Happy Monday! I have 4 weeks to hit a really close friends wedding (plus a few nights out in between). Please, I figured if I start it today, in any event follow the basics ❤️ Andddd I’m sure the answer is yes, but I loved your recipes from the monthly 5 day challenge, I’m going to incorporate those recipes and tailor a few things to stick to the phased content. Are dates inc in dried fruits? Almond butter is a no too right? (I don’t mind as I love control over it). May we incorporate a liquid day in phase 1? I enjoy Wednesday as a mid week since my first protocol. When you say miso is that miso soup? My eating window has always been closer to the one in. Phase 2, any objections jumping ahead, please - 14:8? xxx

No judging deadly ‘snack’ question…. Movie days with my little man are key and I used to love home made popcorn, it’s our go to. How does Rose Ferguson feel about popcorn? Yay or nay? ❤️

Hey Rose Ferguson sooo excited about the Metabolic reset!! Just perusing the phase 1 docs, intrigued by Chromium picolinate (for sugar balance) - how long does one take this for? Is there is a target audience for this supp? Or one for all - I am not a refined sugar person, hence the ask but I love fruit [berries are my go to, daily] thanks as ever xxx

Rose Ferguson hellooo :) 2 things please - perhaps of interest to others too. Is there something tanglible behind drinking a cup of coffee after lunch or later in the afternoon va one in the morning please? What is the relevance of oxalate foods and whether they are supposed to be eaten specifically or not? Sorry if it’s been covered somewhere - point me to it if so. Thank you xxx

Hey gang, I have a realllly random Q with this gorg weather fast approaching... do you wear SPF or not? I was never really a SPF person [long story], I became one! Just wanted to know what your go to is i.e. in your daily cream or a special one on top? Just looking for tips... again, really strange one and not quite health but health :) xxx
