Hey Rose - I can assume phase 3 with high protein is only going to aid my recovery. If you can please cover any other tips, I’d be VERY grateful. I ordered design for health vitamin d. Any other tweaks in the food plan I can take care of but I’m doing lots of ginger and tumeric root. The liquid days will help weight management whilst I can’t exercise for a few weeks 😢😢😢 is the universe telling me to slow down?!?! (Again) 🥹 xxx

OK, so here is an out of ordinary request Rose Ferguson ..... watching your morning rituals video and you are always glowing lovely. Please do a reel on your morning skin care routine, make up and that lip gloss, is lush - not interested in the eyeshadow though I can't seem to ever use it hahahahaha! 😅 xx

PS: I am going to admit this and regret writing it on the world wide web but since having met Rose, adopting a simple morning ritual, I stopped taking my phone to the bathroom #enoughsaid 😜

Hey Rose Ferguson hope you’re doing super well - a quick one please, would you mind recommending a daily multivitamin please? Any go to brand you’d go to, please? Also, would do you take or would you recommend the Thorne Vitamin C supp? I often read a lot about it, have taken it on my hangover protocol 😅 but considering it daily - immune support. Thoughts? Xxx

Rose Ferguson gang I am laughing out loud so much right now, listening to in 10 with Richie Norton where he talks about “how some ‘things’ are referred to as woo woo” - let’s me be honest, I thought Rose was giving me all this woo woo chat when I was her client 1-2-1 BUT I executed, trusted and empowered myself to do simple breath work and it cured me! To this day, 3 times a day I breathe! Forever grateful that you nor your advice are woo woo 😅😅😅😅 xxx

  • I notice green vs red apples, what’s the difference please? 

  • Is drinking an espresso Coffee first thing (black) still OK? I’m using an epic brand Exhale and they swear by polyphenols 🤞

  • Plenish 3 ingredients coconut + almond milk still OK in a coffee, not with a meal, more like my afternoon treat. Say yes please ❤️ 

  • How does ready made Houmous fit into the mix, I have to be on the go this week and trying to forward plan - will be easy to use pre made Houmous 

  • Am I good to make a Saturday night legendary dark chocolate & rasberry with dates / maple syrup combo (that dessert is my go to) in phase 2?

  • Ancient and Brave have this epic cacao and reishi, nice ingredients - says to be enjoyed in the evening with milk, am I good to include this please? 

  • Oh & I’m not expecting a response to this as it’s a fact, but I’m addicted to almond butter (having to hide it 😂)
