Hey Rose - I can assume phase 3 with high protein is only going to aid my recovery. If you can please cover any other tips, I’d be VERY grateful. I ordered design for health vitamin d. Any other tweaks in the food plan I can take care of but I’m doing lots of ginger and tumeric root. The liquid days will help weight management whilst I can’t exercise for a few weeks 😢😢😢 is the universe telling me to slow down?!?! (Again) 🥹 xxx

OK, so here is an out of ordinary request Rose Ferguson ..... watching your morning rituals video and you are always glowing lovely. Please do a reel on your morning skin care routine, make up and that lip gloss, is lush - not interested in the eyeshadow though I can't seem to ever use it hahahahaha! 😅 xx
PS: I am going to admit this and regret writing it on the world wide web but since having met Rose, adopting a simple morning ritual, I stopped taking my phone to the bathroom #enoughsaid 😜

Rose Ferguson gang I am laughing out loud so much right now, listening to in 10 with Richie Norton where he talks about “how some ‘things’ are referred to as woo woo” - let’s me be honest, I thought Rose was giving me all this woo woo chat when I was her client 1-2-1 BUT I executed, trusted and empowered myself to do simple breath work and it cured me!
