Stepping in my step with another liquid day detox smoothie - added beetroot and a scoop of protein powder for good measure! Trialled the unsweetened ‘Form protein powder’, it is so delish and really easy on digestive system! Xx

Trialling the Spiced Root veg and Lentil soup in prep for my liquid day! For anyone loving soups, this is my hack - use a pressure cooker. Prep to done in 15 mins, it really is as easy as that! Chuck it all in, 6 whistles, hand held blender to finish ☑️  Tastes DELISH - thanks Rose x

Has anyone here noticed a rise in histamine levels / bodily flushing during TOTM? I maybe paranoid but I swear I flare up / flush more during this time. Journaling is a game changer (thanks to Rose). Keen for your views xx
