Hi Bertha, I have suggested during the fasting days to go gently on the supplements. These are fine but please leave out the B vitamin for sure xx

Hi Syreeta - Citrate is good for getting the bowel moving - and glycinate is great for sleep. I would usually use Glyciante, but for the plan, citrate is a better fit x
