If you mostly do mat or reformer Pilates, adding some plyometric work can be a great way to build power and agility without losing control. Simple moves like jump squats, skater jumps, or controlled burpees work well on the mat, while using the jumpboard on the reformer can bring in some dynamic movement. The key is keeping landings soft, engaging your core, and staying precise—so you get the benefits of explosive strength while still moving with control.

How is it feeling? X

Oh yes. Don’t you worry. I have quite a sweet tooth. So a dark chocolate or a date is always good. I do love a date with nut butter too. Ans I have other crappy things too. I am no angel! Hahaha xx

Helen hi ya. I’m so glad we got there! It is an important conversation. And yes I do. Although you can get it done yourself. And if you have any concerns book in with me or someone similar. Xx

Hi Helen, I am so so sorry about this - I have loaded another version. Let me know if this one works. xx  https://rhealthclub.roseferguson.com/programs/gmt20250210-170248_recording_640x360-0069bb?category_id=215726
