Hi Jodie, I am a fan of morning exercise, but some do prefer later in the day. The only issue with this is that it can disturb sleep. We are also most metabolically active in the morning, so many people have more energy for it then, and it is a good wake-up call!! 

I am super happy for you to start a day late; as you say, you are basically a day ahead, so if that works for you, then that is what I would do. xx

How are the daily non negotiables going??  I do love this to start Jan. the de clutter one makes me laugh. My house is FULL OF STUFF and I am enjoying getting rid of lots. Today I did my workout clothes. Feeling lighter by the day! X

I am not a fan of soy milk products. They tend to be super processed and not made from good quality soy! 🥴 

You can use any plant milk as long as it doesn’t have any crap added. Xxx
