Not ideal but I started the day with a teeny hangover as I was at a big family reunion yesterday but have eaten all the right things, done the exercise and drank a lot of water so totally on track today - I am looking forward to an early night though ahaha.
I haven't been for a run (slow jog) for a really long time but looking forward to popping out tomorrow lunchtime :)
Hi Rose, I hope you're well. On the live, you mentioned we could have butternut squash in Phase 1. Does this mean we can also have sweet potato, pumpkin, parsnips etc in Phase 1? Thank you x
Hi Rose, for Phase 1 of the reset are the recipes for the 72hour juice fast the ones we should use for the 24 hour juice fast? I couldn’t see any others listed unless I missed something. Trying to get myself organised! :) xx

Hi Rose, It says in the food plan no eggs for phase two but there is an egg omelette recipe for phase two in the breakfast recipes. Can i just check if we can have eggs or not? Thank you

Hello, it says no deadly nightshades in phase 1 but then included bell peppers in the recipe. Is that right? Also, how can I access the live records, I missed the one today? Thank you
