I can't wait to get started!  I did my food shop for days 1-3 today, my only issue was not being able to find the bread for breakfast on day 1.  I bought a Rye bread instead, which I hope is a suitable substitute!

I will dip into the fitness on here, but I am a Pilates teacher & do weights twice a week at home, so hoping that keeps me going!

Would be great to hear how everyone is getting on!
