Hi Rose, started the Retreat today. Delayed start to align with UK. Note to self.. check the number of serves. I made the Chickpea & Avocado Salad for lunch. I thought it was a lot of food at the time but ate almost all of it. It was only upon preparing dinner this evening that I realised it was 4 servings 😂
PS Really enjoyed kicking off with the 'morning routine' followed by Yoga with Vicky.
