Hi. I did the 5 day plan last week. As Rose mentions, I did double up on a couple of the recipes, I did stick to Wednesday, I did similar exercise to her suggestions & by Friday, felt great. I didn’t even manage the hummus snack as I was full, I def ate more than normal, it felt great making time for me, my blood sugar levels felt great & yes, felt quite glowy. GOOD LUCK, it’s worth it xxxx 💪🏻💥
