Leanne Blanden ah Leanne, I am with you on histamine, I have had some hell of blow outs with histamine issues. I have found my body to be reacting in different ways [my age mid 40's] and after experiencing some serious gut health issues and horrid antibiotics - my histamine got out of control. Bonkers the body. Hope you're able to relieve yourself from it xx

Random but I found putting Vaseline on my nose helpful when I got it randomly years ago (during pregnancy) - never had it since?! X
