If you start taking HRT in your late 40's + testosterone and feel good on it, do you get to a point where you look to stop taking it or reduce the dose?

Yes I'm keen to know about plant based milks - as been told alot of them are full of bad ingredients apart from Nourish Almond milk, but I sometimes run and alpro, but now I wonder if I am better with regular milk? would love to know if you have a preferred brand or what your views are, thanks
