Hi I have a few topics I would be interesting to hear your take on:

  1. There is been a debate this Christmas about plant based milks - not only oat, and that they are not good for you. Regular milk is better. What is your view?

  2. Dr F Amati has on her instagram page talked about good carbs including pasta. She says it all has to do with quality of the pasta. How do you decide if a regular Italian pasta is good or not? I assume same goes for rice?
