Hi Rose, I have been waking early for the past month (4.30am, 5am) can you add more info on the liver - as just caught us on your last video and you mention..Liver, NAC,Turmeric. I am on HRT, dont sweat at night, just wake up...so then I am knackered by 9pm...anything I can try? Thank you, Claire

Enjoy Paris and thank you for an amazing Jan plan - it's honestly been great and learnt loads about my eating habits and eating well - and not feeling hungry like I used too. Claire x

Hi - for the Jan plan I bought a great book for Journalling - The Positive Planner. I fill it in first thing in the morning and the evening too - bought from healf online. Real good format and makes me focus on the important things :-)

R Recipes - I think separate them into sections, breakfast, lunch, dinner.
