Hi - for the Jan plan I bought a great book for Journalling - The Positive Planner. I fill it in first thing in the morning and the evening too - bought from healf online. Real good format and makes me focus on the important things :-)

R Recipes - I think separate them into sections, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Yes I'm keen to know about plant based milks - as been told alot of them are full of bad ingredients apart from Nourish Almond milk, but I sometimes run and alpro, but now I wonder if I am better with regular milk? would love to know if you have a preferred brand or what your views are, thanks
