Was missing eggs for breakfast but then remembered scrambled tofu!! This is mixed with onion, mushroom, courgette, parsley, chilli and oregano and then some kimchi and avo on the side - yum!!

Not ideal but I started the day with a teeny hangover as I was at a big family reunion yesterday but have eaten all the right things, done the exercise and drank a lot of water so totally on track today - I am looking forward to an early night though ahaha.
I haven't been for a run (slow jog) for a really long time but looking forward to popping out tomorrow lunchtime :)
I have been reading through the plan and all sounds great... Doing the 3 day fast on the dates suggested might be tricky for a few reasons (not least because my inlaws are staying with us that weekend, lovely as they are ahaha) do you think it would be ok if I started 6pm on Tues 24th - 6pm on Friday 27th? I know that will mean I will not have the group support as in everyone in it together but will I be far enough into the plan...
Also re: supplements - I have recently started taking the WelleCo green exlir and I also take collagen and chaga mushroom in my coffee every day can i continue with those even during juice fast...?
i think i will just miss your Sunday lives but I will catch up later on the day for info...

Just caught up and looking forward to the September plans, I had an inkling there was a 72 hour juice fast - will it be 25th-27th? I was due to have friends round for dinner on 27th but if that's a juice day I will change them to Sunday lunch 🤪
