Hi Rose Ferguson Rose…just back from a few days in Spain which was a combination of lovely long lunches…mostly fish so quite healthy but also a bit boozy 🫣 Tried to keep daily exercise going with morning sea swim and lots of walking. Just back and having a juice day…looking forward to the Sept ReSet albeit will be in LA when it starts so might have to catch up a few days later. Loving RHC ❤️
