Hi Rose, I’m going to do the 5 day plan a week early as next week is difficult for various reasons. I’ll use the classes that are in the library from the Lighthouse Club and if there are any questions/observations on the recipes I’ll post in this chat which will hopefully be useful for others who are doing it next week 👍🏻

Hi Rose - sorry to miss intro to Jan plan - just watched on playback 👍🏻 Quick question on Miso - it says before breakfast but presume that it should still be within overall eating window? Also, on food list, are Porcini mushrooms ok? 😊🍄

Absolutely loved the Spiced lentil and broccoli recipe 😋 Added a little chilli oil to give it some heat 🌶️🔥 So easy  & quick too ❤️

Hi Rose. Quick question - I’m just back from holiday so looking to join Re-Set. Just checking that I start from Day/Phase 1 rather than jump in at stage that the rest of you are now at?
