Hi Rose, I’m going to do the 5 day plan a week early as next week is difficult for various reasons. I’ll use the classes that are in the library from the Lighthouse Club and if there are any questions/observations on the recipes I’ll post in this chat which will hopefully be useful for others who are doing it next week 👍🏻

It certainly was…lovely though! Took hubby and dog with me and we did 5 miles 😅 Great way to start our Sunday 🥰❤️

I love a bit of decluttering too! Not sure if decluttering the fridge counts…but it felt good to organise my food storage ready for Jan plan. I also bought some of the Stanly Tucci x Greenpan range so a good excuse to declutter pots & pans cupboard 😊

Just back from a week in Lanzarote (Club La Santa which is bloody fab 👏🏻) so adjusting to the UK climate - decided to push myself to do 5k this morning…took my dog Mia with me and felt great afterwards 👟 Loving the November plan Rose 🥰

Absolutely loved the Spiced lentil and broccoli recipe 😋 Added a little chilli oil to give it some heat 🌶️🔥 So easy  & quick too ❤️

Rose Ferguson It would be good to focus on different types of HRT and how accessible body identical HRT now is? And maybe a bit more about how you get the balance right…she talked about ‘tweaking’ which is stage I am at having moved to combination/continuous oral brand.

Hi Rose. Quick question - I’m just back from holiday so looking to join Re-Set. Just checking that I start from Day/Phase 1 rather than jump in at stage that the rest of you are now at?

Thanks Rose - I really love having these challenges alongside the Big 4 plans….makes it less likely to fall completely ‘off the wagon’. Really like having the checklist so you can see how you are doing week by week…I know I won’t be a saint every day but it’s a good way to hold yourself to account. Love it! Xx
