The call with the Doctor on Ozempic etc was great. I had no idea it is so common and that people are using it for micro-dosing too. Very informative and frank.

One quick question how can one get in plyometric exercises easily if one does mostly mat and reformer Pilates training ?

Hi I have a few topics I would be interesting to hear your take on:

  1. There is been a debate this Christmas about plant based milks - not only oat, and that they are not good for you. Regular milk is better. What is your view?

  2. Dr F Amati has on her instagram page talked about good carbs including pasta. She says it all has to do with quality of the pasta. How do you decide if a regular Italian pasta is good or not? I assume same goes for rice?

Would it be possible to have all the recipes under on heading ( it is great with the videos under the recipes heading but I miss the written ones in the plans. There so many recipes but difficult to remember what plan it was.

We talk a lot about pre- and post menopause. One topic I would like to understand more about is fertility and food etc. Both Dr Federica and the other Dr Caroline( ?. Cannot find her great talk any longer?) mentioned fertility and food

Love Dr Mikhail’s and your discussion ( well all conversations are good). Can you pls remind me/us what D-vitamin, NAC(?) your are recommending? I am def in deficit of all since my illness. I was also wondering if you can send a separate question to Dr Mikail? I can email you separately.  I also thought it was it interesting what you said about mushrooms - would love to learn more.

The sweet potato and kale was excellent for lunch. I used Cavalo Nero instead for Kale. Good filler for the walk with the dog in the storm !
