Aww how I missed the 5DP!! Miraculously I lost the extra 1kg I put since the Jan plan and looking forward to the fasting days next month. I’ve already ordered juices for next week. Thank you Rose!! ❀️

Hi Rose! For one of the future plans in the new year can we please have one focused on adrenals? It turns out I have lower cortisol in the morning but I also know a lot of people have high cortisol. Would be good to learn how to balance the cortisol (and how to manage to give up caffeine πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ)

I did la 2 days liquid plan last week and I really loved it!

However I’m being honest it will be very hard on the 72 Green Juice fast for the Reset. I haven’t managed any juice days his year despite of me ordering few of them Β (including fruits!) πŸ™‰ Can we please get some alternatives to the 100% Green ones?Β
