Hi Rose! For one of the future plans in the new year can we please have one focused on adrenals? It turns out I have lower cortisol in the morning but I also know a lot of people have high cortisol. Would be good to learn how to balance the cortisol (and how to manage to give up caffeine 🤦🏻♀️)
